OUR SERVICES

Our services, your path to pain-free living.

Our expert chiropractors specialize in coordinating care for patients injured in motor vehicle collisions. We address a wide range of injuries with a multidisciplinary approach to healing. Our team is highly trained in whiplash and brain injury traumatology, biomechanics, crash reconstruction, and advanced imaging techniques.

Each new patient undergoes a comprehensive evaluation, leading to a personalized care plan. We use the latest physical medicine modalities to manage pain, swelling, and inflammation from soft tissue injuries. Our hands-on therapy techniques include connective tissue and joint mobilization, manual traction, and soft tissue manipulation.

Chiropractic adjustments, also known as spinal manipulations, are crucial to many care plans. These adjustments reduce pain, speed up healing, and enhance overall physical function. Chiropractors focus on spinal health and use hands-on techniques to support the nervous system and restore joint function.

Auto accidents are not only frightening but also debilitating. They consume significant time and energy, and their symptoms can be inescapable. Some injuries are obvious, while others appear invisible initially. Over time, symptoms like neck stiffness or tingling arms can develop into severe pain. This post-accident pain can disrupt daily life and worsen over months or years if untreated, potentially leading to chronic conditions or requiring surgery.

Motor Vehicle Accident Treatment in Dallas-Fort Worth

Our expert doctors understand the mechanisms of high-velocity injuries, such as whiplash, from auto accidents. We provide personalized care, focusing on the specific injuries and needs of each patient, rather than following generic guidelines. Seeking professional medical screening after an accident is crucial to prevent underlying issues from worsening and impacting your life.

We utilize the injury grading system developed by Croft, commonly known as the Quebec Task Force Grading System or WAD Grading System. These are used worldwide. To define reasonable boundaries for treatment and to devise a successful plan, we need to grade the injury. This allows our providers a means to have greater success in management of our patients’ presenting injuries. Proper assessment of injury is profoundly important to the success of any treatment plan.

While our Chiropractors play a vital role in the healing process of our patients, they are just one facet of our multi-disciplinary team that offers a second opinion from a different medical perspective. Our patients benefit from access to medical healthcare providers in each of our nine DFW locations.  Injuries resulting from car accidents may be severe and warrant the use of prescription drugs to address pain and other symptoms.  Medication can assist the achievement of treatment plan goals. Decreasing pain, reducing swelling, and aiding sleep are all benefits of a proper medication regiment.

While our patients have access to these providers face-to-face in our offices, the ability for visits to be conducted via telemedicine when appropriate also exists. (Click the link below.)

Each of our nine offices is equipped with digital x-ray equipment, allowing us to instantly check for the presence of fractures, dislocations, and other injuries that result from involvement in a car accident or other personal injury event. Should a patient present with severe complaints, obvious physical trauma, neurological deficits, or radiculopathy concerns, further diagnostic testing may become necessary.  Additionally, the continued presence of pain or other symptoms that does not resolve as expected over time, may indicate the need for further diagnostic testing. We work with the best facilities in the metroplex to obtain images of our patients to assist in further diagnoses and development of treatment plans.

Motor vehicle collisions are a leading cause of traumatic brain injuries, often resulting from the acceleration forces that can cause shearing between the brain's outer and inner layers. This can create high intracranial pressure, leading to concussions even without direct impact. Symptoms such as headaches, memory loss, and blurred vision can persist for months or years. To assess these symptoms, our doctors use the Rivermead Post-Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire (RPQ) and, when necessary, refer patients to our trusted neurologists for further diagnosis and treatment

Our pain management services include a comprehensive approach to treating your condition. If necessary, we refer patients to our sister company, Superior Spine and Joint, where our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care in pain management and orthopedics, specializing in post-accident recovery. At Superior Spine and Joint, you will receive tailored treatment plans developed by skilled surgeons and dedicated healthcare professionals, ensuring you receive the best care for your needs. During the acute phase of injuries, passive modalities can help manage pain, hemorrhage, and inflammation. Transitioning patients to active therapy is essential for improving strength, flexibility, and balance. Our clinic is equipped with rehabilitation tools to support these goals, helping patients return to their pre-injury status and reduce the risk of re-injury. Effective rehabilitation is crucial for restoring mobility and strength while alleviating pain and minimizing long-term effects of injuries.

Personal injury refers to harm caused to the body, mind, or emotions rather than property damage. In legal terms, it typically involves a tort lawsuit where the plaintiff claims compensation for harm caused by another party's negligence or intentional misconduct. Damages may include medical expenses, pain and suffering, and diminished quality of life. Each jurisdiction has its own criteria for assessing these damages.

We offer transportation to our offices for our patients who are unable to utilize their own vehicles to travel.
