Over A Quarter Century of Trusted Care
We began as a single clinic in 1995. We didn’t know what the future would bring, but we knew how to take care of patients, and take care of them very well. Along the way, we realized we were able to accomplish something extraordinary. Over the years, we have been able to help tens of thousands of patients. We have been able to impact their lives through chiropractic, making sure our patient minimizes the long-term effects of injuries caused by auto accidents, and that warms our heart. We know what to expect as far as treating patients, but a lot of the times, we don’t realize the effect of who it is that we work with and the good times that we have with the people we get to work with. One of the things we are most proud of is the team that we have built over the past quarter of a century. We are proud of the people who have worked with us and helped us become what we are today. We would like to thank all the past, present, and even future employees for helping us provide our mission.
Family | Fun | Compassion | Quality
As we pass the quarter-century mark, we had the chance to sit down and think about the most important things to us as an organization. Ultimately, we are most proud of the environment that we have worked hard to create, sometimes intentionally and unintentionally, but we know we came back with our core words, family, and I think we execute on family. Not only is this a company that my brother and I own, but I also get to work with my best friend Tom, my daughter Melissa, and now we have a team of over seventy employees whom I would consider family. Fun, we like to have fun at work. We have to spend forty plus hours a week at work, so we might as well create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and enjoying whom they work with, and that’s one of the things we want to make sure that people do not dread coming into work.
Compassion, we want to treat our patients as we would want our own families to be treated, and by having the great people that we have, I believe that we accomplish that. The compassion that exudes through everyone’s character within the organization. The last word is quality, and I think our quality is top-notch. In the industry, I would put our people product in care and compassion up against anybody. In closing, I would like to thank the people that refer to us for trusting us with the people that you care about; huge shout out, appreciation, and gratitude towards every employee and team member we have had along the way, and to my brother, my daughter, and my best friend Tom, for sticking with us for as long as we have for 25 years. This is an incredible accomplishment, and I am proud of what we have been able to do.
